• Instant Delivery: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment

4.3 Purchase Restrictions

Consequences: Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

• Fraudulent use of certificates (e.g., falsifying completion) is prohibited

9. Live Workshops & Sessions

• Workshop schedules are subject to change; participants will be notified via email
• Attendance is your responsibility; no refunds for missed sessions
• Recording availability depends on workshop terms (check before booking)
• Disruptive behavior in live sessions will result in removal without refund
• Q&A time is limited; not all questions may be answered during the session

10. Community Guidelines

DrowIQ Academy fosters a respectful learning community. When participating in forums, comments, or discussions:

• Be Respectful: Treat others with kindness and professionalism
• Stay On-Topic: Keep discussions relevant to courses and marketing
• No Self-Promotion: Don't spam links to your business or affiliate offers

11. Termination of Access

• No refunds will be issued for remaining course access

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Share login credentials or pirate content
• Abuse support staff or other users
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks

Termination does not entitle you to refunds. Paid access is forfeited immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DrowDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question

15. Changes to Terms
