DrowIQ Academy offers instant digital access to educational content. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases on DrowIQ Academy are final and non-refundable.

Once you complete a payment and gain access to a course, workshop, or any digital product on our platform, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Course difficulty level not matching expectations
  • Time constraints or inability to complete the course
  • Technical issues on your end (device, internet, browser)
  • Duplicate purchases (it is your responsibility to check before purchasing)
  • Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style
  • Financial constraints or budget changes

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Instant Digital Access: Upon payment, you receive immediate, lifetime access to course content, videos, materials, and resources. Once accessed, the product cannot be "returned"
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Our courses contain proprietary strategies, frameworks, and knowledge that cannot be "un-learned" or retrieved

4. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in extremely rare circumstances at our sole discretion:

4.1 Payment Processing Errors

  • Duplicate charges due to Razorpay technical error (with proof)
  • Amount debited but course access not provided within 24 hours
  • Wrong amount charged compared to displayed price

4.2 Platform Unavailability

  • Course content removed or discontinued by DrowIQ Academy within 7 days of purchase
  • Complete platform shutdown or bankruptcy of DrowDigital (unlikely but mentioned for transparency)
  • Prolonged technical issues on our end preventing access for 30+ consecutive days

4.3 How to Request Exception Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exceptional review:

  1. Email support@drowdigital.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Subject line: "Refund Exception Request - [Order ID]"
  3. Provide: Order ID, transaction details, and detailed explanation with evidence
  4. Wait for manual review (5-7 business days)

Approval of exception requests is entirely at DrowDigital's discretion. Absence of response does not imply approval. Most requests will be denied.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing unauthorized chargebacks is considered fraud.

  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, it will be treated as fraudulent activity
  • Your account will be immediately suspended, and all course access revoked
  • We will provide complete transaction evidence to your bank/payment gateway
  • Legal action may be initiated for fraudulent chargebacks
  • You will be permanently banned from DrowIQ Academy and all DrowDigital services

Always contact support before disputing charges. Most payment issues can be resolved through communication.

6. Course Access & Lifetime Validity

To offset our no-refund policy, we provide exceptional value:

  • Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you have unlimited lifetime access to course content
  • Free Updates: All future content updates and additions are included at no extra cost
  • Download Materials: Download PDFs, templates, and resources to keep forever
  • Certificates: Receive completion certificates that remain valid permanently
  • Community Access: Lifetime access to student community and discussion forums

7. Workshop & Live Session Cancellations

7.1 Cancellation by Student

  • No refunds if you cancel or miss a live workshop
  • Workshop recordings (if available) will be provided as per workshop terms
  • Rescheduling to a future session may be allowed if seats are available (contact support)

7.2 Cancellation by DrowIQ Academy

If DrowIQ Academy cancels or postpones a live workshop:

  • You'll be offered a full refund OR transfer to next session (your choice)
  • Alternative compensation such as equivalent course credits
  • Email notification sent at least 48 hours before scheduled session (if possible)

8. Coupon & Discount Codes

  • Coupon codes are final once applied at checkout
  • No refund adjustments if a better discount becomes available after purchase
  • Expired or invalid coupons cannot be applied retroactively
  • Coupon misuse (fraud, multiple accounts, reselling codes) results in account termination

9. Technical Support vs. Refunds

If you face technical issues:

  • First Step: Contact support@drowdigital.com with details
  • We Will Help: Troubleshoot access, playback, or login issues
  • Not Grounds for Refund: Technical issues on your end (device, browser, internet) are not refund-eligible
  • Platform Issues: If the problem is on our end, we'll resolve it promptly

10. Account Termination

  • If your account is terminated for violating Terms of Use, no refunds will be issued
  • Violations include: content piracy, sharing login credentials, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity
  • Paid course access is forfeited immediately upon termination
